$250 New Agent Sign-Up Incentive

Terms & Conditions

 

The $250 New Agent Sign-Up Incentive (“Incentive”) is made available through a partnered third-party platform and is not issued, funded, or controlled by SMSVS Agent Support LLC (“SMSVS”). SMSVS is a support service only and does not administer, guarantee, or determine eligibility for payment of this incentive.

 

SMSVS’s role is to provide guidance and support throughout the onboarding process. All incentive availability, qualification requirements, verification, and payout are determined solely by the third-party platform and the brand/client selected.

 

Participation in this incentive is optional and subject to the following terms:

Eligibility Requirements

 

To remain eligible for the $250 Incentive, you must:

 

1. Be at least 18 years of age.

2. Complete the SMSVS registration process in full by [Clicking Here].

3. Follow all instructions provided by SMSVS exactly and within all stated deadlines.

4. Create your account using the link we provide within 48 hours of receiving instructions from SMSVS after approval.

   • Failure to complete account creation within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of eligibility.

5. Successfully pass any required background checks, identity verification, and third-party approval processes.

6. Select a brand/client and enroll in the required online certification course within 10 days of creating your account.

   • Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of eligibility.

7. Successfully complete certification and become fully certified.

8. Service the minimum number of calls required by the brand/client you select.

   • The number of calls required is determined by the third-party platform and/or brand and is outside of SMSVS’s control.

9. Remain in good standing throughout the onboarding and certification process.

10. Sign your first productive Statement of Work and successfully service your first two weeks worth of live calls.

Important Disclosures

​

• The Incentive is not paid by SMSVS and is administered by a third-party platform.

• SMSVS does not guarantee that the Incentive will be offered, earned, or paid.

• SMSVS has no control over approval decisions, brand availability, call volume, certification requirements, call thresholds, or payout timing.

• The Incentive is not guaranteed and may be changed, delayed, denied, or withdrawn by the third party at any time.

Forfeiture of Eligibility

​

You will become ineligible for the Incentive if you:

 

• Miss any deadline

• Fail to follow SMSVS instructions

• Do not create your account within 48 hours of notice

• Do not enroll in certification within 10 days

• Fail to complete certification

• Do not meet the call requirements set by your selected brand

• Withdraw from the process

• Are denied or removed by the third-party platform

• Register independently or bypass SMSVS

• Provide false or incomplete information

• Fail to remain in good standing

Once forfeited, eligibility cannot be reinstated.

Payment Terms

​

• Incentive payments are issued by the third-party platform, not SMSVS.

• Payment method, timing, verification, and eligibility are determined solely by the third party.

• Incentives may be reported as taxable income. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations.

• The Incentive may only be earned once per individual.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the onboarding process constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.

 

Participation in this incentive does not create an employment relationship and does not guarantee placement, contracts, income, or ongoing work.
