I understand that SMSVS Agent Support LLC is a support service and does not guarantee placement, contracts, or income. SMSVS Agent Support LLC Partners with independent third-party platforms that require all agents to be at least 18 years of age. These platforms require a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, with a maximum of 37 hours per week. I also understand that work availability is not guaranteed and is solely dependent on third-party call volumes and my own scheduling flexibility.

I understand that, if approved and upon meeting all requirements, I may have access to independent contractor opportunities with various well-known brands, subject to availability and third-party platform approval.

I understand brands I may choose to take customer service calls for remotely may include the following: Roadside Assistance, Theme Parks & Travel, Retail Support, Resorts & Dining, Home Services, Healthcare, Medical Transportation, Banks, Colleges, Luxury Clothing Brands, Cruise Lines, and more.

I understand that I must have high-speed internet, a Windows 11 Desktop and/or Laptop Computer, and a Noise-Canceling USB Headset in order to get started once approved. Wi-Fi and Satellite internet are not permitted.

I understand that in order to receive the $250 new agent sign up incentive, I must successfully meet and complete all requirements on time. Failure to complete each step correctly will result in a forfeit. (See Terms and Conditions for complete details).
